I was born in 1959 in the age of perfection and simplicity in California. When a product was made with pride and built to last. My original contour body as you can see is near perfect for my age since I spent no time in the sun except what crept through the window. I have of course seen a few parties and have not always remained upright if you know what I mean! Some people do not like my style because I am a hard tail and I do not have an extra toy strapped to my body. A whammy bar? Come on who named it that anyways!

I know in this day and age of technology there are many of you who think we are just old and outdated wood but I can keep up with the best of you newbies, and make the air sing with a sound that everyone around the world can recognize,can you? Now don't fret about it you are alright but for some people that pure sound that lets a blind man see a new world and brings a smile to the player as they watch the crowd cheer as they caress my strings. I have made woman and men cry with joy and loose a few clothes as well.

I was injured after a crazy party one night in the 70's but it was not too bad only a slight crack which was fixed up quite nicely for the time. I have been fixed once again just this year and I feel good and I am ready to sing again! Here is my buddy, my pal , my best friend this is is who helps me deliver the true sound that I am capable of. I have known my friend since the start of my life and have never had a more loyal amp that was able to make the world hear my true voice. I have played with a few others and of course so has my friend but there is no comparing the beautiful music we make together, we are a true match like no other.
